This 282 m² apartment is located in the Esper Club RE. Justifiable categorized as a residence with a view, the apartment opens towards the Yelagin Park. In the first place, the designers wanted this place to be elegant and trendy, to match the top category of the estate, as well as to be sun lit and aerial. Moreover, they didn’t want to add too many details.
