With its elegant gothic beams merging into engaged columns, Esper Club house reminds of the southern art nouveau. The building consists of two parts connected by three pointed arches and a central hall. It is especially charming thanks to its brick and jura limestone facades, whereas mosaic inserts highlight southern motives.
The house is designed with only 68 apartments of 41 to 255 m2, with smart and reasonable architectural and space layout solutions. Some of the apartments are west-oriented and overlook the Middle Nevka, while the others are west- and south-oriented. Residents of the highest 7thfloor will be able to enjoy special benefits, such as private terraces with panoramic windows.
The ground floor comprises a great lobby with a fireplace and a recreation zone, a confectionary and a delicatessen.The lobby will house a round-the-clock concierge desk, which is responsible for five-star hotel’s services: from taxi and restaurant reservations to taking care of flowers.
