About the project
Paragon on Neva on the front shoreline of Neva is a development of 16 blocks storeyed 8 to 18, housing 833 apartments (from studios to 5-room ones), as well as an open and an underground parking, totally for 501 cars. 70% of the apartments will have unique views, and apartments on the top floors will have access to private terraces. Moreover, there will be some urban villas: one- and two-level flats with private entrance and exit.

Surrounding grounds of the development will comprise universal sports grounds with modern outside exercise machines, as well as cozy quiet zones, fenced from the rest of the grounds with small hedges.
