The project features a modern multifunctional theatrical complex comprising a ballet and opera hall and a sphere-shaped small hall for a chamber orchestra. The design is based on a comprehensive environmental analysis of the site, taking into account the urban planning context, the social significance of the facility, and the specifics of its future operation. The project implements clear functional zoning with a rational separation of rehearsal blocks, technical rooms, public spaces, and administrative areas. The architectural focal point is the sphere-shaped small hall, which serves as a unique art object and an acoustically isolated capsule ensuring high-fidelity sound for the orchestra. The project ensures the highest quality of the cultural process by creating a universal, technologically advanced, and inspiring environment for both artists and audiences.
