About the project
Generation of a recreation tourism cluster involves accomplishment of the entire coastline of the Eupatorian Bay and establishment of various functional facilities both on land and offshore.
Development of this concept is dictated by the need to enable development of the recreation tourism infrastructure and establishing an algorithm for stable development of the entire coastline of the Republic of Crimea. This can be achieved through installation of offshore pile-supported hydrocomplexes, ensuring free migration of natural biological resources and located away from the shore to protect the entire coastline from destruction by sea waves. Thus, a recreation tourism infrastructure can be arranged in the most secure bay and along the coastline.
The list of facilities designed: an accomplished embankment, artificial beaches, a multifunctional Plaza venue, a sea port, a resort center suitable for year-round operation, and a seascape suitable for 30 yachts.
