About the project
The residential complex is located in the Petrogradsky District of St. Petersburg on a former industrial site. The façades of the complex have a modern design and are clad with ceramic panels. It is one of the largest “ceramic” projects in Russia – both in terms of volumes and the diversity of colors.
To achieve maximal variety, the design of each individual section features both unique hues and details: shaped elements, profiles, etc. The number of techniques is also impressive: vertical and horizontal rustication, square baguette, and so on. As a result, glazed tiles shimmer like majolica.
