This lakefront residential property is designed as a three-story house with a basement. One of its features is an independent ADU. The main house offers a range of luxurious amenities such as a steam sauna, wine cellar, private cinema, atelier, laundry facilities, ample storage, and a total of ten bathrooms and 6 bedrooms. Additionally, there are two living rooms, two kitchens, two dining areas, and an elevator for easy navigation between floors.
The design pays attention to the natural slope of the land, integrating the surrounding greenery to create an immersive environment with natural light and picturesque views of the lake.
The property's functional design clearly defines open areas and establishes a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The open pool and accompanying boat house situated by the lake further enhance the leisurely experience, providing a terrace where family members can enjoy their afternoons.
