About the project (provided by the applicant):
The stadium was built in the late 80s and was very important for Voronezh-based fans. Unfortunately, with the course of time it fell into disrepair and got outdated, which required some reconstruction works.
The new facility is fully compliant with the effective standards for football stadiums. Its terraces can sit 10,052 visitors. Each terrace sector has its own checkpoint which prevents visitors walking from one sector to another. The compositional pinnacle is the terrace in the west, and the color palette is based on the colors of Fakel (Eng. torch) football club, which are white and blue.
