Best Implemented Interior Design Project for Public Space
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The main objective of this project was to redefine the notion of an “office” or “bank,” moving beyond traditional rigidity to create a warmer, more welcoming space. The design focuses on the experience of both employees and clients, offering an atmosphere that feels closer to “home” or a “natural” setting.
Materials, colors, and furnishings were carefully selected to convey comfort and promote a sense of trust. Wooden finishes, greenery, and soft, indirect lighting help establish a setting where employees can work productively while clients feel at ease in a more relaxed environment.
This approach encourages collaboration and communication, departing from the austerity typical of bank offices. The layout provides private areas for personalized consultations and communal spaces designed for informal interactions. Overall, it fosters a feeling of belonging and highlights human relationships, making the space feel more like a home than a conventional workplace.
