Nestled in a lush, green landscape, this private residence embodies the seamless integration of modern design and natural beauty. The two-storey villa is characterized by its graceful curved lines, which gently contour the site, ensuring both aesthetic harmony and functional privacy.
These sweeping lines not only enhance the building’s visual appeal but also strategically shield the residence from street view, creating a secluded oasis. The curvature of the structure also serves to frame various scenic vistas, offering captivating views from multiple vantage points.
Dominant shades of dark grey, white, and warm wood tones create a striking contrast while seamlessly blending with the verdant surroundings. The dark grey exterior provides a contemporary edge, while the white accents and wooden elements add warmth and a natural touch, further connecting the villa with its environment.

Applicant
Jani Toçi, young architect from Albania. He finished his Master's studies in the Science of Architecture at FAU, UPT in 2020. He has a professional experience of 4 years working in a well-known studio in country and currently works as a freelancer in the field of architecture and interior design. During his experience, he has designed objects of various typologies, starting from private and collective residential, hotel, resort, commercial, industrial, educational, sports facilities.
