Private residence FORESTER

Architecture of Silence. A private residence set within a mountain forest for a large family, located in the picturesque mountains of Krasnodar Krai. Three unique villas are arranged on a complex terrain, where contemporary minimalism and natural materials become an extension of the wild landscape: Villa Malachite, a panoramic residence on the slope; Villa Graphite, a Scandinavian chalet with a covered patio area; and Villa Forest Penthouse, a house above the treetops.

The complex is designed according to the principles of organic architecture: the buildings are delicately integrated into the natural slope, preserving mature trees and the existing landscape. Patinated emerald façades, graphite-coloured standing-seam roofing, gabion plinths, and warm wood blur the boundary between the interior and the Caucasian forest. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows open up views of the mountain ranges, while open terraces on piles create a feeling of floating above the tree canopies.

The villas are positioned across the terrain so that guests do not cross each other’s lines of sight or movement routes. The result is complete seclusion and a sense of dissolving into the surrounding environment, combined with comfort and warmth.
