About the project
Futurist Development will be located in the western part of the Petrogradskaya Side, close to Krestovsky Island and the Malaya Nevka Embankment. Inspired by the architectural aesthetics of 20-30s, the project will feature key styles of that period: Art Deco and Constructivism.
The carte-de-visite of the new building will be the unique Levashovsky Bakery. This memorial to the Soviet Constructivism will be not only restored and used as a highlight of the architectural ensemble, but will be transformed into a unique cultural cluster.
