Galeria Couloni

Galeria Couloni is a contemporary mixed-use gallery inspired by the Couloni bird, a regional symbol deeply connected to the identity and natural landscape of Aracaju. The fluid roof geometry and vibrant blue and green tones reinterpret the bird’s colors and movement, creating an iconic architectural landmark for the city. The photovoltaic glass canopy transforms sunlight into clean energy, combining innovation and sustainability while enhancing natural lighting throughout the complex. Designed as an open and welcoming urban space, the gallery features six commercial stores, public restrooms, elevator access, and full accessibility for people with disabilities. More than a retail destination, Galeria Couloni celebrates the culture, history, and environmental spirit of Aracaju through architecture that connects community, nature, and technology.
