About the project
The project of this estate was inspired by first St. Petersburg houses in the a la russe style. When dachas like that were built at the Kamenny Island, they were the utterly modern and trendy. Today, we treat them as cultural heritage. The house features both Neo-Russian and early Modern styles and abundance of elements, as a modern house doesn’t necessarily have to be minimalistic.
The authors are positive that country housing is not just a way of providing people with living spaces but a high art.
