About the project
This one-storey private house of 1,000 m² is 4.5 meters tall. On the outer perimeter, it is surrounded with a concrete wall to make its residence as private as only possible. All the windows open to the inner court-yards. Total area of the green premises around the villa is 300 m².
Each room has a private garden, but the central garden and the outdoor swimming pool are accessible from any of the rooms. Corridors and galleries that surround the central courtyard have paintings on the walls.
