About the project
The project intended to bring together all the relevant facilities in a single Center for water transport specialists retraining, featuring typical symbols of St. Petersburg: an arch, a spire, water, a vessel, bird’s wings, and meandering shores of Neva.
The center comprises two blocks, connected by an overhead passage. On the north side, there is a hotel block with built-in gym, catering venue, and open space zone; on the south side, there is an academic building with built-in catering and sportive facilities, a fitness center, classrooms, and a library.
