About the project
The key objective of the project was to design a contrasting composition that would be visible from the water, as the design site stands on the main path of water tours taken over the city.
Glass is used as a boundary between Imperial and Neo-Classical styles. The former highlights the city’s magnificence, and the latter refers to its history, offering a new take on its style.
The interior premises of the hotel are shaped by two atriums with the third one that is complementary. They follow the axes o the atrium across the street, thus becoming a part of its composition.
