About the project
This project includes the creation of a hotel together with landscaping of the adjacent grounds. It consists of a hotel building, waterside houses, an embankment with a yacht club, a park area, a glamping site, sports grounds and a leisure area. On the ground floor there is an entrance, the hotel’s administration, a bar, and utility rooms. The first floor houses a restaurant with a terrace. On the second floor there are 9 guest rooms. The basement accommodates utility rooms, as well as a gym and a wine cellar to hold tasting events. The roof space is intended for leisure. The landscaping features ramps and a 3-level staircase leading to a pier with 10 boat slips.
