About the project
This 1-storey country house stands in the pine woods at the very shore of the Gulf of Finland. It perfectly fits into the natural background thanks to minimalistic architectural solutions, proportions, and façade finishing solutions. Large windows of the sitting room, the diner, and the master bedrooms open to the gulf.
Facades finished with ceramic tiling match rough boulders on the shore, and wooden planks seem to continue the vertical trunks of the local pines.
The sitting room is connected with the open terrace that runs along the street.
The landscaping design features stones, herbs, and low shrubs typical for the area.
