About the project
In the very heart of Yalta at the Black Sea coast, there is a premium apartment house Green Hall.
Due to a large elevation difference, it was decided to make 2 entrances – one from the embankment, and the second from the palm alley. The highlight of the building is the smooth rounded shape of the balconies, which resembles a sea wave.
The complex has a multi-level parking for 15 cars on the Yalta seafront. The total area of the apartments is 4,000 m2.
