About the project
The project offers to reconstruct the garrison manege and transform its half-ruined building into a cultural center, Green Place, an eco-friendly multifunctional venue. The building is divided into two zones: the entertainment+education zone with classrooms and a hall with an amphitheater can be rearranged for different events; the restaurant zone comprises a café-bar and a café-greenhouse with a view over the Cathedral of St. Sophia. The garden square at the building is designed with regard to psychological and physical comfort. This new attraction site will be interesting both to tourists and locals.
