About the project
The building is located in the central part of the city of Engels in the immediate vicinity of Lenin Square, the city park, and the Lazurny shopping centre, naturally extending the Volga hotel complex.
The spa hotel is a 6-storeyed building. Apart from the rooms, the ground, first, second, and third floors integrate various fitness and wellness areas: gyms, massage rooms, a fitness bar, a hamam, a sauna, etc. On the sixth floor, there is a swimming pool with access to an outdoor terrace, which is used in summer as a natural solarium.
The façades feature facing bricks, elements made of glass fiber reinforced concrete and stained-glass French windows.
Area of development is 215 m2, and total area of the site is 1.170 m2.
