About the project
A six-storeyed Gröna Lund Residential Estate offers comfortable out-of-town living at the bottom of Rumbolovskaya Mount in Vsevolozhsk. Totally, the project includes 1,501 apartments with Swedish layouts, featuring kitchen-diners, roomy balconies, saunas and open sun-terraces at the ground floors. The development is divided into 4 sections, different trees planted in each of them: birches, rowan-trees, ash-trees and oaks. Grove-like sections are united with a pedestrian alley, resembling a winding forest path. Within the development, there are a square with a public garden, a summer theater, and BBQ zones, as well as Gröna Lund Arena – a sports center with two football pitches and a gym for group sessions.
The landscaping concept preserves and highlights the natural terrain with its hills up to 2 meters high. There is a kindergarten for 240 children, bicycle parking lots at the entrances, and the environment here is well-designed and barrier-free.
