An individual residential house designed for Ostap Bender, his wife Zosia, and 2–3 other family members. The house includes a space for chess tournaments featuring repetitive openings and a pier area with a dock for river trips to the village of Vasyuki. The spatial layout of the house is shaped by the steep coastal terrain.
