About the project
This four-storied corner house with built-up area of around 8000 sqft. is designed for the Kothari family of Gwalior, India. Its design focuses on merging tranquility with aesthetics. The house boasts graceful curves that soothe the eye from every angle. Trapezoidal balconies, featuring rounded corners, add an artistic touch. A rooftop terrace garden offers an urban oasis. Sustainable design maximizes natural light, ventilation, and temperature control. The layout prioritizes user comfort, making it a symbol of elegance, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
