About the project
The project is located in Haikou, Hainan Province. Taking «ocean elements» as the overall design basis, and with the 5th facade like undulating waves and the shape of flying seagulls, a stylized exhibition building is perfectly shaped, implying that Hainan will take off again in the new era and under new policies.
