Project
Apartment Building for a Happy Life
Category
Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The design of the apartment building has been developed with consideration of the impact of color schemes and shapes on the human psyche. Smooth forms are prevalent in nature, and incorporating similar shapes in design promotes relaxation and tranquility.
The combination of white and gold creates a sense of lightness and festivity, a color scheme traditionally used in palaces and churches. Rounded forms are also characteristic of church architecture.
To enhance the feeling of lightness, an ornate railing—either wrought iron or an imitation (milled design)—runs along the perimeter of the roof. The rooftop can accommodate a café or a public space.
An external panoramic elevator allows residents to enjoy the surrounding views while optimizing interior space.
Coupled with high-quality landscaping of the surrounding area, this design choice fosters a positive atmosphere for both residents and the neighborhood.
