About the Project
Harvest is the first St. Petersburg’s restaurant with a special attitude to vegetables: they serve not only vegetable hot dishes and starters, but vegetable drinks and desserts, too.
Care to nature and ecology is the key design concept. It comprises separate waste collection and waste minimization.
In the interior, light hues and natural materials prevail: travertine, oak wood, solid wood furniture and similar.
Extending the subject of nature, the interior is decorated with a work by Denis Patrakeev “World in Flux” – laconic and minimalistic, featuring a silicone imitation of the Earth, filled with concrete.
