Project Apartment in Headliner Residential Complex
Best Implemented Apartment / Private House Interior Design Project
About the project (provided by the applicant) The project for Eva Piloyan in the Headliner Residential Complex embodies the family’s dream of a spacious, bright, and ergonomic home with panoramic views of Moscow-City and the embankment. The corner apartment with a complex geometry required a special approach: it successfully accommodates a master block with a separate bathroom and walk-in closet, three full-sized children’s rooms, a spacious kitchen-living area, and storage zones. The interior is based on milky and beige tones, with natural textures of stone, metal, and glass, creating the feel of a modern hotel while maintaining a cozy home atmosphere. Special attention was given to functionality: hidden storage systems, a pantry, laundry, and carefully planned kitchen ergonomics and engineering. Every element — from a 15-person dining table to custom chandeliers and a fireplace — reflects the family’s individuality. Rationality and aesthetics merge in a space with no visual clutter, yet filled with warmth and harmony.
