This play was made to commemorate the 300th birthday of Perm to a novel of Alexey Ivanov, an outstanding Russian writer. It is a unique piece of theatrical fusion, where vocals, plastic art, and dramatics are organically complemented by elements of the puppet show and striking stage design.
