Hetrotopia is Designed on a 4-hectare site in the highlands of Ramsar, this recreational residential complex seeks to reconnect the landscape with its agricultural history.

The site once served as a productive ground for cultivating tea and citrus fruits, inspiring a design approach that reinterprets its past within a contemporary residential environment. Rather than simply designing a collection of buildings, the project aimed to redefine the experience of living beyond the city by proposing a non-urban lifestyle shaped by the mountain itself. The site's topography was transformed into a series of cultivable terraces that provide access to the residential units while strengthening the relationship between architecture and nature. Responding to the conical geometry of the terrain, multiple residential typologies and circulation networks were developed to create a dynamic spatial experience rooted in the identity of the place.
