The High-tech 200 project was developed as a versatile comfort-class solution for standardized residential development. Created in close collaboration with the construction team, the design balances expressive architecture, technological performance, and buildability. The result is a fully scalable project with optimized engineering networks and an ergonomic layout that maintains high quality across repetitive builds.
The interior zoning logically separates the private and living areas. Three bedrooms with 3-meter ceilings offer generous personal space. The open-plan kitchen and living room, featuring 4-meter high ceilings, serves as the light-filled core for family gatherings. A pantry, walk-in closet, laundry room, and private sauna ensure complete day-to-day self-sufficiency.
Architecturally, the building’s massing is composed of two intersecting volumes of varying heights, lending dynamic rhythm to the facade while maintaining simple structural logic. Optimally sized for a standard 600 m² lot (6 sotkas), the house includes an integrated terrace under a single roofline. Its flexible framework allows for a garage or carport extension without modifying the load-bearing layout.
