Situated at the entrance to the city of Olmaliq, this mosque is built in accordance with national traditions, serving as a spiritual and functional hub for both local residents and visitors. The central structure comprises rectangular volumes supporting three domes, while the interior hall is formed by three interconnected square spaces. The Qibla orientation runs perpendicular to the road, underscoring the monumental presence of the complex.

To the east of the mosque lies a parking facility, to the south is the imam's office, and to the north is an ablution building. The design also incorporates two graceful minarets rising to a height of 65.5 meters. A harmonious color palette of cream and gold tones lends the mosque a distinct visual expressiveness and elegance.
