Hills Blue

Spanning over half a million square meters in Tashkent, this multifunctional complex brings together residential units, offices, a shopping center, and public spaces, standing as one of the largest mixed-use developments in contemporary Central Asia.

The center of the composition is defined by two curvilinear towers with continuous curtain wall glazing—the taller of which is crowned by a geodesic glass sphere that forms a new landmark on the city skyline. At the base of the towers lies a multi-level retail podium featuring curved facades and full-height display windows. The residential sector follows a distinct design language: buildings ranging from 12 to 18 stories are arranged around landscaped courtyards equipped with social and sports amenities. Their facades feature a combination of light stone and terracotta panels with alternating solid and glazed modules. The upper floors are highlighted by a crenellated cornice, while the entrance groups are marked by double-height portals framed in bronze aluminum composite panels. Enclosed sky bridges connect select buildings at the upper levels.
