Hotel complex "Rossiyanka"
This project reimagines the grounds of a 1960s sanatorium in Anapa as a modern hotel complex and SPA Resort. The concept centers on a respectful dialogue with the natural surroundings, seamlessly integrating new architecture into the existing landscape while preserving the green zone to the greatest extent possible. Low-rise buildings foster a tranquil resort environment and maintain a human scale. Architecture, landscaping, and interiors are designed as a unified system, where moving from the grounds to the building and into the interior spaces becomes a seamless guest journey. The project combines the revitalization of an established resort area with deep respect for the site's character and natural context.
