Located in a park within the Skolkovo Innovation Center, adjacent to the Matreshka Business Center, this 4-star hotel spans 13,500 m² across 5 floors and accommodates 104 guest rooms. Panoramic windows frame scenic views of the pond and the Skolkovo golf courses.
To offer diverse perspectives from every room, the guest accommodation is arranged along a curved axis. Guest rooms face outward, while corridors line the interior perimeter. This layout creates a compact central courtyard, serving as the main entry point to the lobby and the building’s primary vertical and horizontal circulation routes.
The facade design is defined by alternating terraces of varying depths separated by vertical partitions. The rhythmic repetition of these elements along the curved form grants the building its distinctive appearance, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow.
The exterior finishes feature large-format fiber concrete and composite rainscreen panels, complemented by panoramic glazing.
