About the project
The hotel stands at the Gulf of Finland, perfectly merged with the natural environment. All the guest rooms offer views of the gulf or the park. There are 92 rooms, including standard, comfort, and VIP options, the latter designed in marine style.
Green sloped roofs, faux wood facades, natural color pallet – all of these visually connect with the surrounding context, featuring the spirit and mood of the location.
Besides the hotel building, the project comprises a green park and a pedestrian embankment – thus, the hotel will finalize the environment and establish a connection with the existing Fort Island.
