About the project
The house is located in Georgia in a very picturesque place on the banks of a mountain river. It is designed as a chalet with elements of Georgian traditional architecture. The living room leads to a spacious outdoor porch, which can be used as a sitting or dining area with comfortable patio furniture. The underground garage can hold up to two cars, and there is lots of greenery around the plot. The house is situated outside the city and is intended as a holiday home for the owners and their friends.

The house enjoys panoramic views of the Caucasus Mountains and the stormy river, which flows just a few meters away. Adjoining the house, there is a large infinity pool, as well as a bathhouse and a roomy gazebo with an outdoor cooking space for open-air get-togethers.
