This project is a tribute to Palazzo Morisi through both language and belonging: the apartment sits within the building itself, and the project grows from this condition. A contemporary interior reinterprets the palace’s codes with precision. Framed furniture volumes, defined by a double-blade profile, translate the façade’s brise-soleil rhythm into a domestic language, creating continuity between exterior and interior. The open plan is organized by half-height elements that define functions without interrupting spatial flow. These partitions also become lighting devices, producing indirect, glare-free light reflected by the domed ceiling. The stair to the terrace, doubled by a large mirror, becomes a theatrical gesture that amplifies depth and perspective. Memory and the present intertwine in a luminous, essential and refined interior, where architecture, furniture and light form a single coherent narrative.
