The 250 m² house in the Repino Park gated community features a contemporary design in gray tones, crafted from natural materials.
The goal was to create a bright, airy space flooded with natural light, utilizing concrete, glass, and wood. A striking design element in the living room, which is the ceiling between the first and second floors, gives the impression that a monumental concrete object is integrated into the space from above.
Custom-designed pieces include a chandelier with real candles above the dining table, a hanging cabinet in the office, a «smart» table, and a mono-stringer staircase. The first-floor bathroom features a unique gradient mirror that transitions into glass.
The design prioritizes enduring values over fleeting trends, focusing on harmony, taste, the client's preferences, natural beauty and functionality.
