About the project (provided by the applicant)
The restoration of the main manor house was a thrilling and important challenge for the team. This is where Pushkin penned nearly all of his fairy tales, much of Eugene Onegin, The Little Tragedies, The Tales of Belkin, and numerous poems. The project aimed to restore the house and preserve it exactly as it was during Pushkin’s time. In a way, the designers sought to see the house through his eyes, preserving the very atmosphere that surrounded the poet.
