This is a completed project for a hillside house designed for a large family dreaming of their own "place of power." Initially, the clients requested a classical style, but during the communication process, the project gradually acquired a modern character, additional meanings, and architectural depth. At a certain point, Greek motifs emerged: the terrace, columns, the plasticity of the relief, and a sense of space that reveals itself gradually.

This idea became the starting point, and the house, originally conceived as a two-story building, organically grew into three levels. The first floor is occupied by a common area serving as a focal point for the entire family, while the private block is located on the second floor. A notable architectural feature is the pitched standing-seam roof, which is almost entirely hidden behind parapets. It is not visible from the street, but in the bedrooms, we intentionally left sloped ceilings to maintain a sense of volume and slightly subvert conventional expectations. An important part of the concept is the courtyard. The common area opens onto a terrace, which serves as a link between the house, the garden, and the pool: an intimate, cozy space for family gatherings and relaxation.
