A private house project on complex terrain unites architecture, water, and garden. The building's volumes, terraces, staircases, and water cascades unfold down the slope towards the stream. The house is partially embedded into the terrain and opens onto the garden through panoramic glazing.
The entrance is organised on the upper level, which houses the kitchen-living room, a study, and bedrooms. A spacious terrace becomes an extension of the living space. The lower level accommodates a recreation zone with a pool, a sauna, a hammam, and a gym. The opening of the slope provides the premises with light and access to the garden.
The water cascade echoes the movement of the staircases, while the geometry of the pools resonates with the building's volumes. In the garden, strict lines give way to the free outline of the stream, stones, and plants.
Light surfaces with concrete texture are combined with wood and glass. Roof overhangs and vertical louvres create expressive light and shadow. The terrain defines the house's composition and the routes between interiors, terraces, and garden.

Alexandra Spitsyna's architectural studio works with private architecture, creating projects comprehensively — from the general plan and house architecture to interiors, landscaping, and realisation. Its approach is grounded in working from the structure and logic of space towards an artistic image, rather than the reverse. Particular attention is paid to the connection between the house and its plot and surrounding context, the contemporary reinterpretation of traditions, natural materials, and individual solutions that reflect the client's lifestyle and character.
