About the project
the project is conceived mainly by the irregularities the topography of the land holds and all the Green scenery surrounding it. the lot is an extremely broken terrain which has spectacular views of the mountain range to the north-east and a direct integration with the golf course to the south-west. Moreover, several predominant trees stood as challenges as it was important to save them and integrate them into the design of the project. The client's requirement contained a very extensive list of spaces which were necessary for their daily life, for this reason it was decided to make a 3-level design to take full advantage of the topography and also to not generate any shocking construction work. creating spaces and gardens for the use of natural light. One of our ideals is the use of natural resources and materials for our projects, which is why we use natural stone extracted from a nearby lake, the use of metal in details and the use of natural wood for ceilings, doors and furniture.
