About the project
The main aim of this project was to deal with the urban problems of the site while designing buildings with high complexity in functional, structural and constructional terms. In this project, it was tried to take advantage of the topography (which is 18 m different from North to South side of the site) in the best possible way. In order to create public, semi public and private spaces for the commercial areas as well as the residential units. On the South side of the site a green ramp would take place and it would go on top of the commercial areas which are on lower levels and will continue until the North side of the site. This would create a pathway for the people living in the residential areas as well as creating a gathering and more private area for the users. Also, it would create a correlation and continuity between the residential units which are taking place on top of the ramp.
