About the project
With our projects, we try to make lives of people better. AttheYohta farmwemanagedtodothat.The site with height difference is located at the river, and we ensured maximal privacy for every estate, along with a great view room the window and sunlit terraces and houses. We retained the natural terrain, making the living space look consistent with the environment.

Here, the traditional silhouette of the house is complemented with modern details and elements. The composition of the façade is based on the dialogue of dark metal and light wood. Inside the house, there is an open kitchen-diner for the family to meet.

The first floor houses comfortable living premises with nice bonuses like a special leisure zone with a hammock at the second level of the bedroom.

The compact layout and modern engineering utilities help to cut costs for the house maintenance.
