The ICE CUBE multifunctional complex is the main point of attraction and the cultural identity of the Momenty.Repino project.

The landscape of our project is truly unique. The first two construction phases sit on level terrain, while the land gently slopes toward the river with an elevation drop of up to 60 meters. This is where the ICE CUBE multifunctional complex will be located, designed to mirror the silhouette of a slope shaped by a melting glacier over 12,000 years ago.

The building's architecture features a series of "floating" glass-facade cubes, stepped terraces, and open decks cascading down to a pool at the foot of the hill.

The complex features:

• Fabio Mastrangelo Amphitheater with a circular stage set on the water,

• Fitness center with a swimming pool and SPA complex,

• Restaurants and cafés,

• Two-level art space with a glass floor and access to panoramic viewing decks at a height of 30 meters, overlooking the Haapala Nature Reserve,

• Climbing wall,

• Slope and children’s ski track,

• Barbecue gazebos and an event venue,

• Spacious parking lot.
