Best Implemented Capital Construction Project in St. Petersburg
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The ID Moskovskiy residential complex consists of two blocks: the first is a nine-story, L-shaped building (sections 1 and 2), while the second is a ten-story, U-shaped building (section 3). The buildings, connected by an arcade, face Moskovsky Prospekt. The entrance portal of the first section aligns with the neighboring residential building facing the avenue, with its driveway arch serving as a grand entrance, leading to the courtyard space beyond. The architectural style draws from neoclassicism, associated with the pre-war Leningrad traditions. The facades feature bay windows, projections, niches, and openings of varying sizes, creating a composition that is both intricate and classically restrained.
