About the project
iD Murino is a pilot project by Euroinvest Development, a flagship estate following the advanced iD concept, based on three basic ideas: European-type apartments that offer top living comfort, public space development, and high technology introduction. This comfort class development comprises 4 blocks of 7 to 19 storeyes with total area of 100 thousand m2, with public spaces for leisure at the ground floor (iD Club), beautified premises closed off to vehicles, with playgrounds and sports areas, summer lounges arranged on roofs of some of the blocks, BBQ zones, a rock garden, and a skate park. The development is commissioned after finishing works (three design options), featuring three-meter-high ceilings and an automatic “smart home” system covering everything from security to energy saving.
