About the project
The site located in the Central District of Sochi stands on a steep slope, featuring a view of the main city’s landmark – the Marine Port. Height difference exceeds 12 meters.
Development includes 4 three-storeyed private houses of 270 to 300 m2, forming a single ensemble. Every house is provided with a private land plot and access to the public parking.

Moreover, the site is provided with a lift, which can be used to reach houses located at high levels of the site.
